I&B was selected by Wier Boerner Allin to join in the integrated project delivery of preconstruction, design, and construction of The Ecoshed. 
The project consists of an enclosure package to get the existing structure water tight, a site package, and an interior buildout for event 
space, incubator space, and a skill development center.
